Clean Developer works seamlessly with our True Color collection to produce a creamy texture that allows for smooth, even application for vibrant, fully saturated color.

Clean Developer is available in 5 power levels: 5 Volume (1.5%), 10 Volume (3%), 20 Volume (6%), 30 Volume (9%), and 40 Volume (12%) oxidizing emulsions. 

5 Volume (1.5%) - pH adjusting, infused with hyaluronic acid
